Assalamualaikum guys, so today I will share with all of you how to use voice note typing. By using voice note typing, you can save your time a lot because you just have to speak what you want to write. It does not need any of your fingers to move. So, ready to know how to do that? Let's check it out!

1. Firstly, open up google docs on your laptop and move your cursor upwards to click on tools on the taskbar.

2. Next, after you clicked on the tools, you can see the options given, right? Okay, then click on the voice typing.

3. After that, it will pop out a microphone icon with an order under it saying "click to speak".

4. Lastly, it is time for the magic to happen! Once you click on the mic, wait until it turns red. Then, you can start to speak.

That's all from me. Hope you enjoy my sharing.

1) Simple presentation delivery

Student can just do nothing and see their own screen on what their teachers are doing. It is somehow will make the students to feel like having a virtual classroom with the teachers.

2) Distributing resources

Using the app to distribute resources is another simple way of using it in the classroom. The teachers can insert the images and assessments or exercises and the student can use this Students Notes Feature to save the presentation to their drive to access the information later when studying for an exam or completing homework.

3) Live formative assessment

The teacher can create customized Quizzes, Polls, Open-ended Questions, Matching Pairs, and more that can be used to check for students’ understanding in real-time and make them more enjoy during the class. Moreover, the teacher can instantly gain insights into the classes’ overall understanding and make adjustments on the fly.

4) Modeling

The app also has a feature called ‘Draw It’ that can be built into your presentations. This beams an interactive whiteboard to the students’ devices. The teacher’s device will display all of the students’ ‘drawings’ and the teacher can then ‘share’ individual whiteboards with the entire class. Hitting share will cause the chosen ‘drawing’ to appear on every device. This enables teachers to share good work and model good progressions.

5) Setting homework

You can provide a Student-Paced code so they can access the Nearpod lesson at home, or anywhere with an internet connection. They can do it freely anytime they want without being forced too much.

Shout out to teachers out there, do not forget to try this out!

Assalamualaikum, so today I will share a bit about Flipgrid.

Fligrid is a learning application where it helps a lot for teachers to keep engage with their students. Trust me, it can be used for any type of age including for middle school, for higher education and also for coaches.

Here are the advantages of using the Fligrid.

Higher Education

  1. Document Research Papers: Create video summaries that highlight data, allow students to submit an elevator pitch for a research project, or introduce an area of research they will be focusing on.

  2. Interview Practice: Host practice runs for both graduate school or workforce interviews.

  3. Office Hours: Create a Flipgrid Topic where you host virtual Office Hours. This is where students can connect privately or reach out with questions. Tip: Turn ON Notifications so you can provide a timely response and use Video Moderation to keep student videos confidential.

  4. Mixtapes: Assess or document growth over time by curating a Mixtape through Flipgrid on a specific content area or unit of study. Learn more about Mixtapes here!

  5. Extend Lectures: Offer materials, supports, or additional resources so students can further interpret data or revisit lecture content.

  6. Bonus! 24 Ideas in 24 Hours

High School

  1. Help Center: Create a private place for students to pose questions, how-to videos, comments, and supportive feedback.

  2. Peer-to-Peer Feedback: Flipgrid is a wonderful collaborative tool where students can give actionable feedback to one another through the use of videos or text with the Blackboard/Whiteboard Feature.

  3. Promote SEL: Create activities that promote a sense of community, like videos asking students to think of their strengths and how those strengths can be used to support the virtual classroom environment.

Alhamdulillah, after all this time I have been struggling myself to settle down my assignment and attend virtual classes, I have come to the end of this semester. If you ask me how I am feeling right now? I would say All Praises to Him and yes, it was a tough journey. Very tough. Imagine you have to study something new without your friends besides, you have to struggle with everything on your own, the assignments, quizzes.

I think it was a very tough journey for me since I have used to always have a discussion with my friends and not use to survive alone. But then, All Praises to Him. I managed it. Or what can I say, I survived! Alhamdulillah. Thanks to my lecturer, who guided me a lot. Thanks a lot to Sir Abdelmagid for being my lecturer. It was such a wonderful memory for me to have you, sir.

Because before this, I also have an Egyptian lecturer during my diploma in Darul Quran, JAKIM Selangor, and he left me with a wonderful impression that an Egyptian lecturer will always explain clearly everything that their students unclear of. I was scared at first to have a foreign lecturer, but after attending my previous Egyptian lecturer before, I am very confident to have you as my lecturer.

Thank you so much, sir. I would say that this may be a painful memory to be apart from you, but after all, I hope that you would not forget that my prayer will always accompany you every day In sha Allah.

I pray for your success in Dunya and akhirat sir. Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful and memorable memory in my first semester at IIUM. Thank you, sir. Thank you so much. May Allah bless you and your family. Stay safe, sir!

Hi everyone! Here's are my project on using apps that have Augmented Reality.

Augmented reality (AR) is a technology that lets people superimpose digital content (images, sounds, text) over a real-world environment.

Using this app, we can turn the digital content into reality like a fire truck in a colouring book can turn into a real one. Let's check it out!

1. Quiver application

Steps

1. First, you have to print out the uncoloured template picture.

2. Next, you have to colour the picture according to your interest.

3. After that, you should install this application in your mobile phone, or ipad.

4. Lastly, you have to open up the application and scan the picture you have coloured. You will see a miracle happen!

2. Arloopa application

1- First step is we have to download this application in your mobile phone or ipad.

2- Secondly, click any type of options that you want based on your interest, to make it appear in a real environment.

3- After you choose the option that you want. make sure to stand your phone and let it face to anywhere that spacious. you will find the option that you clicked before just pop out in a real environment.

Here's was my video of using this application.

Everyone celebrates their Eid with families. But I guess not everyone due to MCO. I have an international friend staying here, Malaysia and she celebrated Eid here, with her children, without her husband beside her.

But after all, we have to be thankful to get the chance to celebrate. Even with our own, with no family members around. Because Eid is the celebration for the Muslim's fasting struggles. It should be celebrated even just a small and simple celebration. Just with the sunnah will be fine too.

This year, I am thankful to be able to celebrate Eid with my mother, father, and some of my siblings. Even though we weren't enjoying such a lavish feast as previously, just having a complete meal for breakfast meant so much to me.

Just a day before Eid I got surprised by my friend studying overseas. She sent me a wonderful cake just to congratulate my family and me to celebrate Eid the next day. What a pretty soul of her, who kept reminding on appreciating people around her even she is miles away from them.

In the morning, mo was the busiest person in the kitchen. But for me? of course, I am ranked second, but not in charging the cooking part, because I am there to settle the load and non-stop dishes in the kitchen.

My mom and brother were busy handling the menu they are planning to. And it was a Nasi Arab special for a special day. Not to forget with the side dishes, rendang, ketupat, and lemang organised neatly on the table. Just to wait for the time to eat.

Even though no one was coming that day, we were still busy in the kitchen, celebrating the sunnah of being grateful and watching fresh cloth on such a blessed day.
Mom and my siblings were preparing for Eid prayer after settling all the dishes. It was the most magnificent time for everyone to witness, as the prayer was only conducted once a year.

Then, I rushed to my room to change into my new clothes. It was mint-green colour just exactly like my other siblings. Thank God we made it to matchy theme this year for the first time in my life. After everything settled, I took out the phone stand and rushed t the living room. My brother set up his phone stand to ensure that everyone was in the same frame.

You might assume we're ready for a family portrait, right? Sadly, it was wrong. We were calling all of my other siblings to inform them that they would be unable to return home due to the MCO.
Everyone was waiting for the video call that morning since my mom will be the one to host the call.
And yes, it was the chaotic video call ever on that morning. Nephews and siblings were both conquering the camera and it was such a memorable memory to be remembered.

But after all, it was such a blessing for everyone to stay connected o the first Eid even in a virtual way. Safety comes first! Here's my family's photo for this year Eid.

Have you ever heard about "Nearpod"?

Well, here is the sharing on how useful Nearpod for a teacher or an educator-to-be during these online classes.

Firstly, with Nearpod, it helps the teachers a lot in presenting the slides to each of our students clearly.

Secondly, if teachers are too tired to present in lively, they may just insert voice or audio there about the explanation of that particular slide. They can directly record there or can insert the audio file separately.

Finally, it has lots of activities to be enjoyed by students. The student will enjoy the class and having fun while studying.

If you want to know more about Nearpod, don't forget to join my lesson here!

I can claim that the day I got an interview offer for JAKIM's scholarship Bangi was a very blessed and happy day for me. Even though it was just an interview and not a scholarship offer, I knew it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to try. This scholarship was different from others because we had to be evaluated on remembering 30 juz of the Quran.

What worried me the most was that I had just received the offer, and the date was just a week away!  I'm very afraid if I'm unable to prepare mentally and memorisation very well. However, I should not have spent days thinking about it because the hard truth is that it was a complete waste of time.

The days ticked by. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to plan because a week was not enough for me. Inside and out, I'm shaking. When I can't push myself any more, all I do is zone out. But then there was one day when my mother noticed her daughter's strange behaviour, like locking herself in her room all the time, and she questioned. "Do you put too much faith in your own abilities for this interview?" I remained quiet and just nodded. "You know, depending on your own efforts won't ever guarantee your success because all that happens in this dunya is due to His will," she continued.

I stared her back, looking directly in her eyes. I was on the verge of crying, but I managed to hold it back. I just realised how, after all of this planning, I forgot to depend on Him. From her words I got to know why this week was such a disaster for me. All of this happened because I forgot about Him and used the wrong intention.

When there were only three days before my interview, I couldn't completely relax, but my mother and father always advised me to keep solawat at all times. I admit that my preparation was insufficient, but I simply tawakkal and leave the rest to Him, while continuing to reinforce the pages that I had memorised.

And now the time had come. My brother and I went there. I saw other candidates forming a line to register. I began reciting the selawat to the Prophet S.A.W. I met some of my classmates, but we didn't talk much because everyone was busy with their  last preparation.

I was assigned number 9 for my turn, and I had to wait for almost 5 hours. Even though it was a long wait, the 5 hour wait was full of miracles and blessings for me. The selawat really brings me an outstanding experience. At that times.  I couldn't concentrate on revising the pages I'd memorised while waiting in the waiting room, so I kept selawat. Out of blue,  I saw a message pop up from my screen's phone .  It was my friend who settled her turn for the interview. She shared her questions with me.  I'm so happy to know her questions so I can examine the questions' styles. I try to go over all of her questions again. When it was my turn, I forced myself to enter the interview calmly.

What surprised me the most was that one of the questions I was asked was identical to one that my friend had answered. All glory to Him. I was on the verge of crying grateful tears in front of the panels, but thank God it didn't happen. Imagine how Allah allowed me to get the exact verses that my friend got among the thousands of verses in the entire Quran. I'm convinced it was the miracle of Solawat because that was the only thing I couldn't stop reciting from the registration counter to the interview room.

So, if you are not trusting in yourself to face things that might be difficult for you, trust me to do these three things.

1. Don't give up even though you're exhausted.

Just fight to the limit of your abilities. Even if you're exhausted, keep trying, even if it's the smallest effort compared to your previous efforts. Just keep moving forward.

2. Renew your intention if you're feeling down.

Set up to do so for Allah's sake. It may appear to be fake at first, but keep refreshing because we never know when the Almighty will bless us for our sincerity.

3. Solawat.

Selawat all the time, every second, every steps you walk and don't stop. Just recite it like crazy till your matters  settled. Trust me.  There's a big miracle behind  the solawat.

Assalamualaikum everyone!

Despite having a cramp while typing the notes for presentation in PowerPoint, why don't you let the PowerPoint itself do all the typing work for you?

If you want to know more, let's check it out in my video!

Today is the second day of Ramadhan, the month of blessings. I'd like to tell you about my first Ramadhan day. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly from sahur to tarawih.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to sahur with my family because I believe that not everyone in the world has been provided with the opportunity to eat well and have dishes prepared on the table. All glory to Him.

All was ready for Subuh prayer after sahur was settled. After that, we all went back to our regular routines. My brothers are on their way to the office. My mother was busy sewing Eid clothing, and my father was constantly reciting the Quran. What a fantastic Ramadhan vibe to behold.

We all get together at night to iftor. We prepare to go to the mosque for Isyak and Tarawih prayers after we have completed Maghrib prayer. As I reached the mosque, I saw there were a large number of people waiting in line to write their names and have their temperatures scanned as part of the SOP protocol.

Muslims must believe and take advantage of this opportunity to purify our hearts and let go of our sins in order to become better Muslims in the future.

Ramadhan kareen everyone. ❤️

As counting down the days before Ramadhan, I was reminded of my childhood Ramadhan memories. All honour and glory to God. For Muslims, Ramadhan is similar to a real feast, where we can find peace. My parents used to take me and my family to the Masjid Kulim to perform tarawih every night when I was a child. There are a lot of people I meet there. As a result, every time after iftar, I will pack up some of kuih that my mom made. We used to have a tradition to make a traditional kuih every day before iftar like buah melaka, karipap Arab as our dessert.

While remembering those memories, I recall one night when I was with my friends on the Masjid's level 2 balcony. There, we were all playing hide and seek. (Though I know we should be praying Tarawih at that time, but we were just kids.) Kids are supposed to be playing all the time, right? One of my friends yelled for us to look at something when we were playing. We dashed over to him and gathered to see what he was up to.

There was a bright moon in the sky. Not just any white, but a massive pure white that makes us look like a tiny creature from behind. But then, it quickly becomes strange. The colour gradually changes to an orange-reddish hue. It also seems to be frightening. One of my mates began to weep shortly after that. She started confessing her wrongdoings, hoping for something I'm not sure about. Perhaps it's just for a sense of relief. As a result of the same thinking with her, we all end up confessing our own sins to each other.

Begging for forgiveness but from the wrong way. Hahaha. We should apologise to the one who had made sin, but instead, we kept confessing to each other. I still remember when one of my friends told me while crying badly, saying that he stole his mom's 20sen to buy popsicles. After hearing that, I'm ended crying too and confess back to him that I stole more than him which is 40 sen just to buy candies. What a bad girl of me. If I can turn back time, I will tell my little me to go join my mom performing tarawih instead of confessing sins to my friends. Haha. It's too shameful to recall back those memories.

And well, time flies too fast. It has been almost 10 years since I moved to another neighbourhood. What makes me sad the most was that it had been 10 years since me being a part with my friends. My tarawih in the new mosque was not the same as in the past. I had not brought any kuih to Tarawih anymore cause everyone here was new to me. And yet I am a grown-up lady now. I just miss all my friends and those memories. I pray that all of them will be granted the greatest blessings during this coming Ramadhan. Even we are being apart, I believe dua's won't separate us.

 1. Collage

Here's a collage of memories from 2020 with my friends and family. Some of them were taken at a university-sponsored function, while others were taken during our casual trips together.

2. Impossible editing that makes it possible.

There was a time when I would imagine myself looking at the sky on such a steep, eerie mountain solely for the sake of a stunning view and as a kind of escapism from the stresses of everyday life. Still, since I'm afraid of heights, that imagination will remain a dream for me.

3. Graphic design

Graduation day is everyone's dream, as it is the day when we will be honoured for our years of hard work, and it is also the day that everyone will begin their own journey back, rendering their own path to the future.

Here is the picture of  me and my friends where all of us were graduating after been going through the hardships of struggling in studies for 5 years. This poster just to remind everyone to believe in struggling because even some might have intention to give up in the middle of their study's journey. This poster encourage us to have faith when struggle even when nobody notice because at the end, our success will made us proud of ourselves as it will also alarmed people to be inspired of us.

4/4/2021

On such a very nice weekend, I went out with my siblings. We have not been together for almost a month due to MCO, but thanks God, we manage to meet again.

I was not the only one who is excited for today's outing because I believe my nephews and nieces were another level higher than me. Compared to me, I think they might feel more bored staying in their house all the time since their parents are busy. So today, I manage to consult my sister to free her time just to go shopping together with her kids.

We went to the Mydin store, Penang. There were lots of people there. Despite the crowd, we still follow the SOP ordered by the Ministry of Health. I bring a lot of my nieces' facemask for them to wear. Not to forget on wearing sanitisers and scan the bar code of MySejahtera apps before we went into the stores.

My sister was amazed by a boutique named Hanzo. They have such versatile designs for any age to wear. While waiting for my sister to enjoy her time alone in the store, I bring my nephew and kids to a vending-food machine. They were too excited to see how magical the food pop out from a transparent machine just after inserting the Rm10 note. One of my nephews shouted with awe exciting to see the food that she taps on the touch screen before slowly come down and fall in front of the steel rectangular door. It's such an amazing moment for me to see how many joyful moments of happiness that clearly shown from their sparkling eyes.

4.4.2021 was such a beautiful date for me to enjoy such a memorable moment with my siblings.

BEST APPLICATION FOR EDUCATORS

Work from home and classes from home is the new normal not only in Malaysia but also around the world. Specifically for educators and teachers, they need to keep interacted to ensure the learning process still ongoing smoothly. To ensure that, there are some suggestions of the top best apps that can be used easily for a better process of online learning.

1.GOOGLE CLASSROOM

Google Classroom is a very easy application for the teachers to assign the assignments there.  In addition,  students also can easily check the list of unsettled classwork in Google classroom with the due date of submission. They also get a weekly reminder on unsettled work if the due date was very near. Apart from that, teachers may feel easy to check their students who had submitted their work and not without being clashed with other classes that they handled.

2. STUDY BLUE

Who said that flashcard can only be played using a hard copy paper? With the study blue application, the teachers can use this app to make their class more fun. They can create digital flashcards, quizzes and study guide to captivate students; attention during class. Students can feel enjoy while studying. Not only benefiting teachers, but students also can use this app for their revision notes. It will be much easier for them to remember the learnings. The interaction within the app helps make learning stick. All students get unlimited access to over 500 million StudyBlue materials, study guides, and the ability to copy and modify any flashcard deck — for free.

3. CLASS DOJO

This app lets teachers emphasize positive feedback, allowing them to elaborate on the behaviour of the students with comments such as “working hard” or “participating.” The colourful illustrations in this application somehow can attract the students, especially at the primary level to get stuck and focus on their learning.
